Sunday roast

Sunday roast was requested, mainly for the roast potatoes. We also had lots of veg from the allotment (cavalier Nero, chard, onion, garlic, courgette, gourd, beetroot, and the potatoes)
DS is amazed at how the veggie/vegan products have changed since he lived in the UK 3 years ago.
We started on the garden, there’s lots to do. He seems to think I’ve been idle in lockdown... ok, I have been quite idle, but some jobs are just too big to tackle on my own!!
Really enjoying seeing him.
