Getting the sparkle back

Woodhenge and the crescent bed

The crescent bed, planted with grasses and cosmos, is relatively new in the garden. Woodhenge beyond seems to lose more posts whenever your back is turned. The teepee of poles in the right hand part of the picture is the support for the roof of the roundhouse which has been waiting to be rethatched for a long time now. The plan was for it to happen several months ago but it was overtaken by lockdown and I don't know when it will now happen.

I'm now off work until next Monday and am looking forward to having a bit of a break. It now looks as if we will be staying fairly quiet at work for a long time ahead and I will need to find ways of working which take that into account. I would rather be too busy than too quiet, but it's the virus that is making most of those decisions for us.
