Non shall pass

They're quite strict round here. Not strict enough for my liking since, in a roundabout way that I can't go into whilst typing on an iPhone, the parking chaos is part of the reason that our second car is broken, leading to today's main activity being driving to Castres to hire a car for me to use for my Mam Taxi duties while Mr B is away with car number one.

More mixed cold/rainy/sunny weather, though from the look of all the snow on the hills around Castres they have it a lot colder than us.

Also a day of games: a lunchtime challenge for me and Mr B to come up with a song for any word the kids chose (some cheating necessary such as 'Oil' be seeing you, in all the old familiar places... Dinner entertainment was a few rounds of charades. Introducing the kids for what feels like the hundredth time to the actions for 'film', 'tv' etc (though the actions are so far removed from their reality that it's hardly surprising they don't remember them) Conor asked what the action is for 'a BBC show'. Bless. Answers on a postcard to the usual address.
