Lathyrus Odoratus

True or False?

True. No, its False. The False Chanterelle, very similar to the Chanterelle. The key differences are that its only found under conifers, it has decurrent gills which end abruptly, its stipe is slimmer and the cap is slightly downy, less irregular and with an inrolled margin. Some people say the true Chanterelle smells of apricots but I've never detected that.
