Chocolate drops

I didn't have time for pancake making today, and then this evening we went out for dinner with clients, and by the time I got home I fancied something chocolatey, so I went with chocolate drop scones instead (with a hint of ginger, in case you're interested). Building the leaning tower of pisa out of them was not as easy as it looks, and also they all look a bit gooey in the middle - that's because they are a bit gooey in the middle, I think I made the batter too thick.

Note to self: Eating the "ugly" chocolate drop scones straight out of the pan, whilst making more chocolate drop scones will give you pretty bad indigestion.
