Another mystery fungus has appeared in the garden. This one is about 4cm tall with a cap about the same size. It has a thick white stipe and the rounded light grey cap is cracked all over showing a pale yellow/cream surface. Its growing under a mature Norwegian Blue Spruce. I have no idea what this one is (I really must get a good fungi id book) but will observe it over the next few days. Any suggestions as to id would be welcome.
