Pork Chop

Pork chop, raw corn salad with radish and baby maui onion, beets, and biscuits.

This, along with a pinot noir, was meant to be dinner last night, but participating in a wine auction that ran 4.5 hours caused a change in plans. In lieu of the pinot, I’ll enjoy a post-dinner cognac.
