Sunny Sunday

Both slept better than usual and after a late breakfast Elaine and myself had a lovely walk to the east of the village.
A really lovely day and we really enjoyed it.
Passed the new cafe that’s going to open in the village sometime this week.
Some to the young owner who has  really invested a lot in the venture.
They are going to be serving North Star coffee one of my favourite brands so really looking forward to getting a good coffee on my doorstep.
We passed another shop in the village that had some paintings in the window and Elaine was really taken by one to buy for her son who lives in Gloucester.
We came home and had lunch then Elaine decided she didn’t want to buy the painting so we went back and she bought it.
Brought it home then we went for pint of shandy in my local , we sat in the beer garden and it really did feel like mid summer.
We came home and l made dinner.
Elaine just gone home , we have been as careful as we could be and both agreed it had done both of us a lot of good.

Thank you for the comments, stars and hearts , really appreciated x
