Cranefly of some sort

I didn't realize they would go after nectar in the flowers but it was on the heliopsis. this was the only chance to pick up the camera outside today , in between exercise and weed whacking since that was followed by falling over. As much as I hate to admit it I am not even remotely young anymore. The weed whacking is more tiring than it used to be. I did perk up after sitting for a while ( a long while)  and found enough energy to try one of the bread recipes form the Great British Baking Show. And I had better go check it now to make sure I don't let it rise too much!
