Visibility Measured in Yards

The smoke was so bad today the visibility was 680 yards, when usually it’s measured in miles!  This was taken looking into the city after exiting a bridge, and no, it isn’t in black and white. 
I’ve walked at the mall the past two days, but all I want is some fresh air in our house and in my lungs. Still., we can’t complain. We haven’t lost our home and all our belongings as so many have. 
Grateful for...fresh roasted veggies. Warm ginger snaps. Hoping for...rain.
