MM - Up and Down

When I got my new tracker watch a couple of months ago, one of the ways it differed to the one I'd had previously was that it automatically set me a target of running up and down 10 flights of steps each day.  When I spotted these steps this morning I thought it was a good opportunity to do my first "Up and Down" of the day.
