YOU'VE GOT A FROND IN ME

Another nook in Mum's garden.

She had an appointment with the ophthalmologist this morning, after which we were both exhausted and sat about doing not very much. Tomorrow the blessed Mel is coming for a visit so we're looking forward to that. At least Mel is on side about persuading Mum to go back to Norfolk for the winter. With every day that she spends here I can sense Mum's objections to going back multiplying. However, every news report she watches about our government's total incompetence in handling everything strengthens our case that it's impossible for her to stay safely in her home on a drop-in care basis until the virus subsides or a vaccine becomes readily available.

More apologies for my poor blipchumness. Life, sore and itchy eyes and general tiredness are ganging up on me. I love you all! x
