Hartland

An interesting day weather wise. A planned mini blip meet started at my house, with Suejay50, and Stella2 arriving for coffee and cake. We were outside chatting and it started to spit with rain. So grabbed our gear and into Sue's car and headed to Hartland Quay.

Overcast when we got there, tide was on its way in. It was fairly busy with visitors, most having lunch. We hadn't been there long when the sea mist started to roll in. So we headed off to Westward Ho! for a late lunch. Super crab sandwiches! Tide was in, but still plenty of visitors around. Back road to Appledore, as the mist was following us. First time I have seen Instow across the river Torridge appearing and then disappearing again in the mist! And of course a Hockings icecream to finish off a lovely day :-)

Will catch up with you all as soon as I can, as had a Zoom RPS lecture tonight. Thank you for dropping by, and for your comments and rewards, much appreciated. :-)
