Squirrels in a roof.

Our neighbours have squirrels who have got into their loft roof space through accessing it due to slipped and cracked tiles and broken flashing.
They were having a high old time yesterday teatime when I spotted them.
A guy who has recently moved into a house a bit further along from here (similar type of property) has had the same problem. They chewed through his new security system wiring.
They may look cute but are absolute pests.
We have a lot of trees around here but they must have decided to move!
The man who deals with squirrels is coming out today.
Meantime we’ll be keeping a careful watch........
