It's a bit bigger job than we intended...

Workmen eventually arrived to sort out the shed floor, where we thought the rats were getting in, during winter.
Well they were going up through the gap behind the plasterboarding, so that had to come out of course! This was the state of play by lunch time on 15th.
The boss of the firm was aghast when he saw what I'd got his guys to do, because he thought it would be a quick lift of the boarded floor, dig it out (we thought it was onto earth) and put a cement floor in.
Under the board was already a concrete base, so we're going to build it back up with more. However, with the framing for the walls sitting on the concrete, that was another reason for it to go!
And we have ripped down the ceiling: there's just the framework left from that. We also found out where the rats had been hanging out!
