The herb garden

Whad coffee in the front garden rather than the terrace because Zebedee was on nightshift, the roof terrace is off his bedroom and he was asleep, Max tended to the herbs, I noticed a beautiful little flower no bigger than a daisy, Max has an app that tells him what any plant is and this is a sow thistle, Max has made coffee for us mid morning every day for the 22 years we’ve been together, we have an old coffee grinder which my parents bought in Amsterdam in 1964 where the beans are ground, he is an expert, the milk frothed to perfection and chocolate powder sprinkled on the top but since lockdown we’ve been actually sitting together at coffee time, it’s probably my favourite time of day.

Had a short walk.
Z is buying gym equipment and done plates arrived, great excitement!
Chatted to my friends Simone and Rachel Molina and my Dad in the phone.
Did Pilates and ukelele practice
Hit a wall at lunch time, was in quite a lot of pain, lay down for the afternoon and watched a great movie called The Way on Prime.
Max made a lovely green curry and we watched a Lucifer with Gulli.
