Flowering Cherry

Prunus x subhirtella ‘Autumnalis  Rosea’. Flowers from autumn to spring...value for money!
This is our new tree, planted this morning on a 6 foot standard, should spread nicely over time.  We were out in our gardens at 8.30 this morning, toiled away with a coffee break at 11am, then back at it until lunch at 2.30pm...all finished.
Lots of planting of annuals, moved a huge rose, (it went for a ride in the wheelbarrow)....and tidied up here and there.  Doug down in his veggie garden planting out.
It seemed appropriate to blip my new tree, and was an easy blip as I'm feeling rather tired.... but good tired :)
Thanks Annie for the Flower Friday challenge.
After those horrendous winds yesterday, there was a wind change overnight and some rain....thank goodness.  Us and the garden were going cranky.

Have a lovely and safe weekend.
