Clints Crag

Waking up to snow this morning at first seemed exciting, but by the time I got round taking this image the snow was largely rain and blowing sideways. I lost count of the number of times I cleaned my lens.

After being soaked through and lashed by hail, snow, rain and wind the only way to recover was by a visit to Alexanders Ice Cream for a bowl of their very special Talisker and Marmalade Ice Cream, followed by a pot of tea.

A perfect end to a rather soggy day.
