Driving home from work, the sea was like glass - we rarely see it so calm. This, combined with a low tide, and the evening light, made the rusting hulk of this blockship particularly dramatic tonight.

An iron steamship, built in 1878 and sunk here in 1915. A number of blockships were sunk in the entrances to Scapa Flow in an attempt to protect the British Fleet from German submarines.
