Mudlarking

Mudlarking (treasure hunting on the Thames foreshore) seems to be an increasingly popular activity.  There were lots of people down there this morning - including families with children.  How many of them had permits to remove items they found I don't know, but this lady was obviously a regular and well equipped for the task.

The warm sunny day brought lots of people out on the embankment - strolling, sitting, chatting, etc.   It was  a very pleasant morning.  We are back home now so it will probably be back to the normal, boring blips from tomorrow.
