Pied shag family.....

.....quite at home with their nest on the very edge of a sturdy branch swaying in the wind over a lake with ample small fish below to feed the juvenile.

Not the sharpest of shots as we've had a breezy nor'west day, the family were a good distance away.

Wednesday.....very warm, 25C, breezy. Grocery day with mum, A joined us for lunch between meetings, she's still waiting for go to Melbourne, will be a while before it happens.
