Memory

I saw her on the road at an industrial estate near us. There are a lot of feral cats there but walking past with the dogs on a lead was slightly heart rending.

She is obviously getting fed from people in the estate but she looked so pitiable, decrepit and a sorry sight in all. Such a striking resemblance to Grizabella from the Cats musical, old and past her heyday, which is just a 'Memory'.
