Wednesday

At 8.15 this morning I sat in the dentists chair for 1 3/4hrs getting root canal treatment. Uncomfortable but not sore. Apparently the tooth has 4 roots and this unusual. I've been popping painkillers all day and my mouth is still a little numb. 

After a lunch, I headed to the supermarket then had a walk along by the harbour. Seems ages since I have done this. 

A bit of a chat via skype with some of the girls at the centre, then some colouring.
