A common sight in September

So many of the fields we pass have these huge hay bales dotted over the remaining stubble. They will eventually be moved to barns or the corner of a field ..... drying out is so important.

A hair cut today ..... much needed as my hair grows very quickly rather like grass and weeds.

Home tomorrow but going via Potfest at Scone Palace.  The Pottery Festival will be scaled down with more than likely only Scottish Exhibitors. Hoping to see the peacocks that claim the grounds of Scone Palace as their own domain.

The weather has been bright and sunny again today if not too warm  ..... hands a bit chilly so gloves on for the first time.
