Stillingfleet

Stillingfleet is a lovely little village between York and Selby. There isn’t much there apart from the church and a highly regarded guest house tea room. Separating the north of the village from the south is the village green which as a beck running through the middle of it. This wooden bridge that I’m stood on is one of two bridges that crosses the beck. I did have a good walk as we left the village and found a footpath across some farmland. It was a very windy afternoon though, but enjoyable for me.
