Tiggy

Met with Tiggy again today .. outside for the second day in a row and wow what a glorious autumn day it was!
Woke in Aberfeldy and headed to Dull, twinned with Boring, to Highland Safaris for a scrumptious brekkie if bacon and Brie panini and a beetroot latte. Jesus it Tasted mighty fine.
Back to Dunkeld to sit by the river for another cuppa and cake. Quick scoot around the Beatrix Potter garden spotting these familiar faces.
Headed over to my brothers to celebrate my lovely nephew and godson’s 30th birthday. He’s grown from the sweetest cheeky lad into this fabulous young man. Shame his father cooked us all a steak pie for lunch .. his son has only been a coeliac for the last 20 years. :)))
Cake had no candles as apparently that’s a Covid risk ( !!!!) and then a hilarious reenactment of the Happy Birthday singing and cake cutting with a deliberate ceiling misangling of the camera on the iPad to share the special moment with his sister in Wales ( we forgot to include her first time). When we stopped singing she said ‘guys, guys, I didn’t get to see you. Can you renact it ?’ . Ummm, nope .. we think we got away with it.
Blues skies all the way home. The world get good and for the first time in a long time I felt relatively normal and human, with no next surgery to dread, my recovery is on the up, it’s only been a year :)
