Gardening

I was digging over one of the patches left when we had some trees removed earlier this year, preparing it for lawn seed. I noticed a bumblebee sitting among the dug earth.  It looked dopey, and I thought it might stay there for a while.  Needless to say, by the time I had fetched my camera, it had flown away.

You therefore get this exciting picture instead, of a pair of secateurs which I was using to cut out some of the remaining fine roots in the ground. There was too much going on today to get out for anything more creative.
