Message from God

Typhoons practicing again over our village this morning, no doubt due to the senior pilot who lives in the village. Shot taken from our back garden with the diagonal near vertical jetstream as the jet climbed pointing to our beloved church.

The King dropped in with my daughter & partner yesterday. Walking really well now and bursting with curiosity and love. Nursery clearly doing him some good; 2 rooms/bubbles totalling 50ish people currently in quarantine - not his ...yet.

Had quite a busy day so and got a bit out of kilter so not on my best form today. Will restore a more regimented regime of medicine taking, & pain clinic mindfulness / pilates type & shoulder exercises (from MTB fall many weeks ago) - Rotator Cuff tendon (aka Subacromial Pain Syndrome). Certainly not helping my main condition as stops me from doing anything requiring much force from my left arm. That's more than enough!
