Beetroot

Lifted, prepared & pickled beetroot. Decided to keep the different colours separate with different spices ... they might all end up just tasting the same but worth a shot.

Nice long walk over Corstorphine Hill, Ravelston then Murrayfield - trees starting to change colours.

Yoga teacher starting a new class on Mondays as well as Wednesdays ... will give it a go.
