Day 190 Inside looking out

I didn't make it outside at all today.  My plan was to accompany Mr MC to the supermarket and then pop into a local shop for a little birthday gift shopping.  Unfortunately my lower back had other ideas and decided to cease up in the most painful way, so that combined with all the other sore stiff bits meant hobbling rather than walking.  Fortunately Mr MC is a t home on Mondays, so he and The Son were able to pick up Violet from school.  Once she was home, I did manage to take this photo of her, with me just inside the dining room looking at her standing outside on the patio steps.  Not really fulfilling this week's challenge but it will have to do.
In other news: the number of Covid-19 cases in London continue to rise, with some calling for a lockdown.  Worryingly, one of the worst hit boroughs is the one next to us and for the first time our own district, Epping Forest, was mentioned on the news as a possible for the watch list.
