Art Therapy this morning (still online), where the teacher disagreed with my interpretation of my painting! Not the point at all. (see extra). 

I had a walk along to The Shore and back this afternoon. 

Going to have to phone the Dr again tomorrow, I can't put up with my earache anymore. Co-codamol isn't working as well as it was. 

Another day down.
