Mixing

Mr DA has been out at a football match this evening so I took the opportunity to catch up on the new series of Bake Off. I wasn’t sure if I’d enjoy it this series with Matt Lucas instead of Sandi Toksvig but it was fine and really good to have a little bit of escapism in these trying times. Anyway, after watching the first episode, as is so often the case, I felt inspired to do some baking of my own. Nothing as impressive as the GBBO bakers turn out, though!
