St Catherine's Oratory

Known locally as 'The Pepperpot', I doubt I'm alone in thinking it looks more like a rocket. We had a windy but beautiful walk up St Catherine's Hill this morning, in my case pulled up by puppy power. We also had a pub garden lunch, and a walk along Yaverland Beach (see Extras), so we've made the most of the lovely weather today, before it's due to go awry tomorrow. Talking of extreme weather, a house in our home village was struck by lightening last night, apparently, but thankfully nobody was hurt.
