New Normal

It's been a fairly nice day weather-wise, the calm before two or three wet days forecast.  We packed up and stored the badminton net for the winter. The garden furniture will be next for the garage.  October now, a year most people will want to forget, surely a vaccination must be a little closer, to spend next year as well in virtual lockdown would be most depressing.

After lunch we went into Stratford and met Tom, who'd just had a haircut, at Nero.  There were a couple of free tables outside so we settled down for a drink and chat, very nice.

On the way back to the car I had a wander down the pedestrian High Street.  The picture is a good example of our cafe culture New Normal, individual tents, weather proof and passing Covid proof.

The extra shows Guild Chapel that is having some work done, in the foreground is the Town Hall.
