Lockdown brought great enthusiasm from daughter R to have a vegetable garden. Seeds duly bought and sewn ... and then we forgot what. So these have been a mystery all summer
Ta da! They are broad beans which I decided to harvest today.. an hour of chopping then shelling.
Now what to do with broad beans??
