Sedum

So couldn't go with the ladies because there was a deluge early. So I went out at 10.30 and it was lovely dry.to.start but the rains followed me to the finish and it was lovely and refreshing. The new trainers are a.much harder run for.some reason same.brand and same size...
It was lovely to get out and surprised afternoon dry so went for a walk as well. Outside needed so much, I am.an outdoor person and feel.cooped up if I cannot.get.out.
