Sulpher Tuft Fungus

After all the rain yesterday it was great to have a dry day.  We went for a walk over the Racecourse and along the nearby lanes. 

There were several types of fungi in the woodland.  This one is Sulpher Tuft which is a common one on dead or dying trees.  It's not edible, it causes severe stomach upsets so one to avoid!
