For Barry

It was a very emotional day for us all today as it was the one of the founders of the Care Home's funeral.   He was just 73 years old and was a victim of cancer.
I have worked with him for 21 years and he was one of the most generous and fair employers I have had the pleasure and good fortune of working for.    Things won't be the same again.   
There were just 30 of us at the crematorium, all socially distanced, in normal times I think there would have been 100's.
