Cheery Yellow

After a worrying few days with Mum not being herself, today it was as if someone had turned the switch back on.   She was her usual self again.   Not able to get up unaided, but engaging with us and more cheerful.   After being relatively active until recently it must be really hard for her.

Whilst washing up this evening I hadn't taken a photo and wondered if anyone could identify this plant.   The flowers have been out for such a long time and seem unaffected by the wind and rain.   It is not as clear as I would like as I was battling the wind a bit.

Such a cheery colour through the gloomy day today.
