Ornery

....at least it looks like it could be.  Its nickname name implies that it could be more than ornery as this Blue Mud Wasp is also known as the Black Widow Killer. I think I am probably giving it a bad rap however, as it is a solitary wasp that will only sting if provoked. Not aggressive at all, except to the spiders it feeds to its young. 

It's probably a bit of a stretch for the Tiny Tuesday theme: something starting with "O".
