Unfamiliar

This morning I took my car over to an industrial estate near Bonnyrigg to have its front wheels reconditioned, but then had to walk over to Lasswade to get the bus home. It's not somewhere I've walked before, and I found a lovely old lane from the kirkyard. There were also some impressive large old houses.

This evening we had our first properly dark run in the Pentlands [see extra] - the nights are drawing in!
