Paused Shielding - Day 69

Pink helicopters!

I knew that Acers were members of the Sycamore family but I’ve never seen helicopters on our miniature Acer before, until today. I wonder if I they would germinate if planted...

Plans for an outing were abandoned again, so a day catching up on indoor jobs. Sunny intervals followed a mild, wet start to the day which meant that when my supermarket delivery arrived it was sodden to the extent that cardboard packets had disintegrated. According to the driver, the bags had been packed at the store and left outside in the rain ready to be packed into the delivery van. I wasn’t a happy camper...

Take care, stay safe and well...
