Just Breathe

The new normal....face masks all day.

This is one of my students who has autism and is non-verbal.  I am absolutely amazed and so very proud with all seven of them for being able to tolerate all the new rules at school!  J was meditating as we had a lesson on the importance of mindfulness.  The students may not have fully understood but they did their best to follow the instructions on how to breathe, etc.

I think it is a good lesson for us all....just breathe.
