Farside

Pleasant surprise today - walking out at lunchtime and not needing two coats, woolly hat and gloves.

Bumped in to friend Kit in the car park and we walked for a while until he went his separate way with work colleagues. Having got 'off route' by then I carried on to explore parts of Cambourne I'd not done before, eventually emerging on the far side.

Here was a rather strange mix of industrial site and access road, nature lake (with some distant coots), and footpaths.

Quite a productive day at work: the end of a quiet 'get on with it' week. Practically zero email traffic - that'll change on Monday when 6000 Taiwanese colleagues return from their New Year break.
