Jumping jacks

Neil is currently doing the 39 day shred in preparation for our holiday, and Henry has started copying him - here he is doing his version of jumping jacks but the feet and arms aren't very coordinated!

I had a truly awful day at work and am counting down the days until I leave. I have no idea how the consultants cope, I'm only a junior and my stress levels are through the roof.

I've had a big bowl of pasta, a glass of wine, Henry is in bed and Neil is out for the night so I'm catching up on rubbish tv on iplayer - my idea of a good night!
