Mushroom

I found a lovely cluster of fungi (well lots of clusters actually - this is just one of them) on some old decaying tree trunks in the woods on my walk today.

They may (or may not) be Mycena galopus, or Milking Bonnet. I liked this view with the moss in the background.

Cooking a beef stew in the slow cooker - will be split between tea tomorrow and the freezer. Will be easy to get ready if we go out for a long walk somewhere on Sunday afternoon.

A rare treat for tea tonight is fillet steak…with a Portobello Mushroom :-)

Mrs madwill is at the studio today - she has arranged private (socially distanced) fabric viewings (and hopefully sales) for a couple of people today and one tomorrow morning. A couple of visits on Thursday and Friday proved quite lucrative and coupled with on line sales means the business is still just about treading water - no profit, but covering costs.
