Dinner tonight

We invited some good fiends over.
Because one of the guest and myself don't eat meat I decided to have a vegetarian/fish supper.
So we are starting with a huge plank full of yummy snacks including olives, grilled artichokes, falafel, hummus, grilled octopus etc with freshly baked bread.
Followed by Aubergine parmigiana, I harvest last three aubergines this year and used some of the Mexican salsa I made few weeks ago.
First main fish soup - with loads of smoked haddock and Dorset clams.
Second main pan fried sea Bream fillet with stir fried samphire.
To finish an apple tart :)
