Early start for me at 6.45 to take the puppy out for his morning ablutions - job done and he then fell asleep on me. He’s so sweet when he’s all curled up but so so heavy!

Once Mr PHL came down I nipped out for my walk - did yesterday’s route in reverse and obviously added on a bit extra as I walked an extra kilometer.

The afternoon passed in a blur of getting done shopping, playing with the puppy and starting the prep for dinner - roast chicken with chickpea stuffin.

A lovely call with the girls this evening - good to see them all and now time for bed.
