New life

Three or four years ago I bought a small orchid from a well known shop that is always lidl on price. ;-)  My neighbour is a wiz with orchids and after the first year of it flowering, I asked her advice on how to look after it. It has flowered every year, just the one flowering stem. I posted this year on April10th, and it is about  six weeks ago that the last bloom died. 

However, I repotted and there is new life. This beautiful green leaf is part, and I can see other shoots at the bottom of the body of the plant so fingers crossed for another bloom maybe in the new year.  It sit in my kitchen window and seems happy there. :-)
