Intentional Movement

I still have the lovely cosmos flower so tried a little intentional movement on it - then gave it an antique treatment. Ta-dah!  blip done.
Miserable weather - it dawned grey and wet and has dripped solidly with no let up. I will have to bite the bullet and go out as the shopping sadly won't do itself.....
Watching Wild Earth Live in Africa - anyone else watch this - amazing. It's like going on safari with several different, interesting guides in different areas.  Magic.
